ABOUT YOUR PRIVATE 1-1 COACHING SESSIONS WITH FIONA

For each bi-monthly lesson of this course, Fiona makes herself available to support and connect with you via your live 1-1 coaching/instruction sessions. It is her hope to establish a warm and highly effective working relationship with you because it is her goal to see you succeed. 

You are encouraged to complete the course lesson by lesson as they are released so you may have your live coaching/instruction session with Fiona. If you need more time to complete any given lesson, that is fine, just let Fiona know. This is because the time in which you have for your live sessions with Fiona is finite, meaning, that you only have the time allotted in the course to complete them. You will NOT be able to have a 1-1 coaching session with Fiona after the date has passed when you were meant to graduate from the program unless prior arrangements have been made (Fiona really wants you to succeed, so let her know what's going on!)  

Further, Fiona asks that you keep any appointment you schedule with her. If you must reschedule an appointment with her, a minimum notice of 24 hours must be provided via text (number provided after enrollment) or email at fiona@themagickalpath.com. If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be unable to reschedule, and it will be permanently cancelled for that particular session. You will, however, be able to schedule an appointment when you complete your next lesson. We apologize for the inconvenience this may create, however, this policy in place in order to respect Fiona's time. If she has an appointment scheduled with you, she has put aside all other responsibilities in order to focus solely on you.

Private 1-1 coaching sessions are held through your choice of Facebook video/audio call, Facetime or Google Meet, and are made directly with Fiona via the online scheduling app (always try this first), email, text or Facebook messenger. Each 1-1 session lasts up to 40 minutes.

We are a small business and refunds affect us financially and cost us time as well. It hurts the business, as we are just a few people who wear many hats to remain in business.
