THE COURSE & HOW IT WORKS:
The Comprehensive 33 Hour Tarot Video Course is a 4-5 month course on its own, and a 6-7 month course if also enrolled in the Reading Proficiency Diploma Practicum.
The course starts at the very beginning with the foundational building blocks of the Tarot, the Major and Minor Arcana. From there you will learn how to work with the Suits (Swords, Wands, Cups Pentacles), the Elements in Tarot, Court Cards, Reversals in Readings, Timing in Readings, Numerology in Tarot, Astrological influences in Tarot, the Kabbalah in Tarot and Sacred Geometry in Tarot.
You will learn the following spreads: Single Card Draw, 3 Card Spread, 5 Card Spread, Celtic Cross Spread, Tree of Life Spread, and even creating your own spreads!
The videos you will be learning from include live student participants. We have discovered that having students actively engaged in Rhonda's lessons enriches learning for the video course student. A student poll we did confirmed this. Some students are seen on camera, others are not. We respect students' privacy and give them the choice whether to keep their camera on or off during the recording of the lessons.
Over the course of approximately 4 months, a new comprehensive 8 hour lesson will open for you to view approximately every 30 days. During the 5th month the Practicum lesson will open.
Multiple videos comprise each of the four lessons. Note that every lesson is jam-packed with information. This is why we give you a month to view and review the videos, and then apply what you've learned, practicing your new tarot skills with the cards. Throughout the month you will practice what you have learned in the lesson so you will be prepared for the next 8 hour lesson. Practice reinforces your skills and is the only way to truly become a skilled reader.
If you signed up for the 1-1 Diploma Practicum option of this course, you will be meeting Rhonda via video chat for your 1-1 practicum appointment approximately 6 months from the date of your enrollment. You will be sent an invitation to enter the Practicum classroom after you have finished all parts of the 33 Hour Course.
In the Practicum, you will have 2 months to do the required fieldwork (doing readings for yourself and for others, then submitting them to Rhonda), and then schedule your 90 minute 1-1 session with Rhonda. When you have completed your Practicum, you will receive your Tarot Reading Proficiency Diploma.
If you have not signed up for the 1-1 Tarot Diploma Practicum with your 33 Hour Video Course, you may do so separately at any time in the future here.

TAROT 101: Deciphering the Arcana in Tarot & Reading Basic Spreads
Tarot 101 starts at the very beginning with the foundational building blocks of the Tarot, the Major and Minor Arcana, and sets them into manageable groups for ease in learning. The groupings are then studied one at a time to allow for deep learning. You will discover 'the story' of the Arcana, and will gain a rich understanding of each card. We also begin to study how the Suits (swords, wands, cups, pentacles), and how they influence the messages and meaning of a reading. In Tarot 101 you learn to not rely on the meanings found in the 'little white book' that came with your tarot deck, but instead, learn how to tap into your intuition and discover what each card means for you personally. Through our intuition we are divinely guided by our Higher Self and by Spirit, and become empowered to read the cards with clarity, ease and accuracy.

TAROT 201: the Royal Court, Timing, Reversals & Beyond Basic Spreads
In Tarot 201 you begin to intuit information and read into the cards more deeply, delving into the esoteric and energetic complexities of them. You will continue your exploration of the court cards and understand how the Elements (earth, air, fire, water influence the message of a reading. You will also learn the meaning of 'reversals' (upside down cards) in a reading, and how to decipher the 'timing' of events in a reading.

I've always wanted to learn the Tarot but every time I tried I became overwhelmed. When I came across this tarot video course at The Magickal Path, I thought I'd give it a try. I am so glad I did!

I have been a novice Tarot reader for many years -- my skillset largely defined by “little white books” and lots of reading, including Rachel Pollack and Mary Greer.
