REFUND POLICY
We take your investment seriously, and we’d appreciate if you took our investment of time and resources into your success seriously, too. Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will NOT be given. All of your payments—including deposits, trials, workshops, events, coaching or course payments—are non-refundable. Nor do we issue credit toward unused courses, readings or coaching,  or if you do not attend a live in-person or online event you purchased. No exceptions. 

We sell online products and trainings, that are full of over 30+ years of our knowledge, experience and time. These are not material goods that can be returned or exchanged, and once in your possession, become permanent.

We believe you should treat small business owners how you would like to be treated. Respect your time. Respect ours. We are people just like you. And respect the decision you already made, to invest in yourself, and in your future. 

We are super proud of the value and quality of our programs, courses, and products. We've poured our hearts, soul, blood, sweat and tears into them. We have done the work, but at the end of the day the results you get are always going to be up to you and cannot be guaranteed by us (see Legal Disclaimer).
