You affirm that you are 18 years of age. We do not work with minors as the content of her programs are designed for the adult learner. Any minor who enrolls in any program will be removed from it and will not be refunded. Please see the Refund Policy below. 


ABOUT YOUR 1-1 MENTORING SESSIONS WITH ME

I am here to support and connect with you via 1-1 mentoring/coaching/instruction sessions. It is my hope to continue a warm and highly effective working relationship with you because it is my joy to see you succeed. 

The 1-1 mentoring sessions are held through your choice of FaceTime video call, Google Meet, or Zoom (appts are only 40 minutes with Zoom), and are made directly with me via the online Calendly scheduling app, email or text. Each 1-1 session lasts 40-60 minutes. 

Your program is subscription-based. That means you are billed monthly for either one or two mentoring sessions, depending on the option you chose. If you miss your mentoring session during any given monthly billing period, a refund will not be given, however, because life happens, I will move your missed session into the next month/billing session so you do not miss it. Just remind or ask me to do so.  


I ask that you keep your appointments with me If you must reschedule a mentoring session, that is totally fine, however, a minimum notice of 24 hours must be provided via text (number provided if in the U.S. after enrollment, if requested), or email at fiona@themagickalpath.com.  Of course a genuine emergency or unexpected illness is a valid exception to this policy. Please let me know what the emergency is, or if you are sick, as soon as you are able because I am concerned about you. You may also cancel or reschedule through the Calendly app if that is how you made your appointment and you are not within the 24 hour cutoff (please include reason for cancellation). 

Your enrollment and access to this classroom portal will remain active for as long as I run The Magickal Path.

Please understand, because this program consists of digital content and real time spent with your teacher, we are unable to offer refunds. Once you have submitted payment, the sale is final. This is clearly stated directly below the checkout links upon purchasing the program, and is placed there because we want you to be sure about your purchase before moving forward with it. It financially hurts the business to issue refunds, as we are just a few people who wear many hats to remain in business.
