You affirm that you are 18 years of age. We do not work with minors as our content is designed for the adult learner. Any minor who enrolls in any program will be removed from it. Please see our No Refund Policy below. 


ABOUT YOUR PRIVATE 1-1 COACHING SESSIONS WITH FIONA

For each monthly lesson of this course, Fiona makes herself available to support and connect with you via your live 1-1 coaching/instruction sessions, It is her hope to establish a warm and highly effective working relationship with you because it is her goal to see you succeed. 

Private 1-1 coaching sessions are held through your choice of Facebook video/audio call, Facetime, phone, or Google Meet, and are made directly with Fiona via the online scheduling app (always try this first), email, text or Facebook messenger. Each 1-1 session lasts 40-60 minutes. 

You are encouraged to complete the course lesson by lesson as they are released each month so you may have your live coaching/instruction session with Fiona. If you need more than the month to complete any given lesson, that is fine, just let Fiona know. This is because the time in which you have for your coaching sessions with Fiona is finite, meaning, that you only have the time allotted in the course to complete them. You will NOT be able to have a 1-1 coaching session with Fiona after the 9th month of your enrollment date unless prior arrangements have been made (Fiona really wants you to succeed, so let her know what's going on!) 

Further, Fiona asks that you keep any coaching session appointment you schedule with her. If you must reschedule a coaching session appointment, a minimum notice of 24 hours must be provided via text (number provided if in the U.S. after enrollment), whatsapp, or email at fiona@themagickalpath.com. Please do not cancel via Facebook messenger as she will not receive your message in a timely manner.

If you cancel or no-show your scheduled 1-1 coaching session appointment without 24 hour notice, you will be unable to reschedule it, and that coaching session appointment will be permanently cancelled for that particular month/lesson. You will, however, be able to schedule an appointment when you complete your NEXT LESSON the following month. Please bear in mind the importance of each lesson and keeping your appointments. 

To cancel a 1-1 coaching session appointment within 24 hours of your appt due to illness or emergency, as soon as you are able, please text me or send an email to me at fiona@themagickalpath.com and I will receive your message right away. We will reschedule when you are able to. Please do not cancel via Facebook messenger as I will not receive your message in a timely manner and will think you have no-showed.

You may reschedule your coaching session appointment via the scheduling app if doing so PRIOR to 24 hours of it. If you reschedule via the scheduling app within the 24 hour timeframe and have not contacted me before doing so, that new appointment will be cancelled.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may create, however, this policy in place in order to respect both Fiona and her time. If she has an appointment scheduled with you, she has put aside all other responsibilities in order to focus solely on you.

It financially hurts the business to issue refunds, as we are just a few people who wear many hats to remain in business.
