TAROT COURSE TERMS OF PURCHASE

YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE

By enrolling in any tarot course through The Magickal Path, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age unless we have express written permission from your parent or legal guardian.

Minors ages 15 to 17 may enroll only with parental permission. This means Fiona must speak with a parent or legal guardian by personal email or phone, and the parent or legal guardian must provide written permission for enrollment.

Any minor who enrolls in a tarot course without appropriate parental permission will be removed from the course and will not be refunded. Please see our No Refunds policy below.

ABOUT YOUR SELF-PACED TAROT VIDEO COURSE

The Magickal Path tarot courses are self-paced, teacher-supported video courses housed in our online classroom portal.

Your enrollment includes access to your tarot video lessons, PDF worksheets, course materials, and student-teacher email support from Rhonda for course questions as you move through the lessons.

The tarot video courses may include recordings from live online tarot classes previously taught by Rhonda. These recordings allow you to receive the depth, discussion, and instruction of a live classroom experience while studying at your own pace.

You may move through your tarot course according to your own schedule. You are responsible for completing the course material in the way that best supports your learning.

You will have access to your self-paced tarot video course for as long as The Magickal Path continues to offer and host the course.

TEACHER SUPPORT

You are not left on your own unless you prefer to study completely anonymously and independently.

Your tarot course includes student-teacher email support from Rhonda for course questions related to the lessons, exercises, spreads, and course material. You may email Rhonda as questions arise, and she will personally reply within 7 days, but usually sooner.

Teacher support is intended to help you understand and apply the course material. It does not include unlimited personal readings, life coaching, crisis support, personal counseling, or off-topic correspondence unrelated to your tarot course.

TAROT READING PROFICIENCY DIPLOMA PROGRAM

If you enroll in the Tarot Reading Proficiency Diploma Program, your enrollment includes the Comprehensive Tarot Reading Proficiency Video Course plus the additional Diploma Program requirements described on the course page.

The Diploma Program includes practicum work, personal feedback, student-teacher correspondence related to your tarot reading development and 1:1 time together via video call. Because this work involves both digital course access and personal attention from your teacher, please be sure this program is the right fit for you before enrolling.

PAYMENT PLANS

If you enroll using a payment plan, you are agreeing to complete all payments in the plan you selected at checkout.

Payment plans are not subscriptions and may not be canceled simply because you have changed your mind, stopped participating, or have not completed the course material.

If a payment fails, access to your course may be paused or removed until the payment issue is resolved.

NO REFUNDS

All sales are final.

The Magickal Path tarot courses include digital course materials, classroom access, video lessons, PDF worksheets, and student-teacher email support from Rhonda. Depending on the tarot course or program you choose, your enrollment may also include practicum work, personal feedback, and additional student-teacher correspondence.

Because digital materials and classroom access cannot be returned, and student-teacher email support, personal feedback, and practicum guidance cannot be undone once provided, The Magickal Path does not offer refunds after payment has been submitted.

Please read the tarot course description, study options, checkout details, and Terms of Purchase carefully before enrolling. If you are unsure whether a tarot course is right for you, or if you are unsure which option to choose, please email Fiona before purchasing.
