TERMS OF PURCHASE for WAY OF THE WITCH: Witchcraft 101 

YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE

You affirm that you are 18 years of age. Fiona does not work with minors as the content of her programs are designed for the adult learner. Any minor who enrolls in any program will be removed from it and will not be refunded. Please see the Refund Policy below. 


ABOUT YOUR PRIVATE 1-1 COACHING SESSIONS WITH FIONA IN PROGRAM OPTION I

For each lesson of this course, Fiona makes herself available to support and connect with you via your live 1-1 coaching/instruction sessions.  It is her hope to establish a warm and highly effective working relationship with you because it is her goal to see you succeed. 

The 1-1 coaching sessions are held through your choice of Facebook video messenger chat, Facetime video call, or Google Meet, and are made directly with Fiona via the online Calendly scheduling app, email or text. Each 1-1 session lasts 40-60 minutes. 

You may complete the course lesson by lesson as they are released each month, and pace yourself to complete the program within the 12 month timeframe.  However, if you think you may need more than 12 months to complete the course, that is totally fine because YOU DETERMINE THE TIMING OF YOUR PROGRAM month by month. There is no rush to finish it, nor do you need to know in advance how much extra time you may need. Just let Fiona know this during your first 1-1 session with her, or at any other point during the course if a situation arises that results in your needing more time.

Please be courteous and not 'ghost' Fiona, and then expect to continue in your program as usual. If you have NOT told Fiona that you need extended time to complete the program at any point during your program, and have not remained in contact with her for more than 3 consecutive months, you will not be given extra time to complete it, thus forfeiting those missed 1-1 sessions. Never feel awkward about approaching Fiona to request more time for any reason. 

Fiona asks that you keep any coaching session appointment you schedule with her. If you must reschedule a coaching session appointment, that is totally fine, however, a minimum notice of 24 hours must be provided via text (number provided if in the U.S. after enrollment, if requested), or email at fiona@themagickalpath.com.  Of course a genuine emergency or unexpected illness is a valid exception to this policy. Please let Fiona what the emergency is or if you are sick as soon as you are able because she is concerned about her students. You may also cancel or reschedule through the Calendly app if that is how you made your appointment (please include reason for cancellation). Please do not cancel via Facebook messenger as she will not receive your message in a timely manner.

Your enrollment and access to the classroom portal will remain active for as long as Fiona runs this program. 

You are welcome to remain in touch with Fiona after you graduate from the course.

Feel free to reach out via email with as described on the course info page anytime. Your enrollment and access to the classroom portal will remain active for as long as Fiona runs this program.
