Way of the Witch: Witchcraft 101

By enrolling in Way of the Witch: Witchcraft 101, you agree to the following Terms of Purchase.

Please read these terms carefully before submitting payment. If you have questions about the course, the study options, or whether this program is right for you, please email Fiona before enrolling.


Age Requirement

You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age.The Magickal Path does not work with minors. Our courses and programs are created for adult learners. If a minor enrolls in this program, they will be removed from the course and will not receive a refund.


Program Options

Way of the Witch: Witchcraft 101 is offered in two study options:

1. Option I : 1:1 Coaching Program with Fiona
2. Option II: Independent Study with Email Support

Both options include access to the course curriculum and classroom portal. The difference is the level of personal support included with your enrollment.


Option I: 1:1 Coaching Program with Fiona

The 1:1 Coaching Program includes private coaching/instruction sessions with Fiona, offered to support your study, practice, questions, reflections, and personal application of the course material.

For each lesson in this course, Fiona makes herself available to support, guide, and connect with you through private live 1:1 coaching and instructional sessions. She hopes to establish a warm and highly effective working relationship with you because her goal is to see you succeed.

Your 1:1 coaching sessions are held through Google Meet and scheduled directly with Fiona through the online Calendly scheduling app, email, or text. Each session lasts approximately 40 to 60 minutes.

You may complete the course lesson by lesson as each lesson is released and pace yourself to finish the program within the 12-month timeframe. However, if you need more than 12 months to complete the course and your coaching sessions, that is perfectly fine. There is no rush to finish, nor do you need to know in advance how much additional time you may require.

Simply let Fiona know during your first 1:1 session, or at any point during the course if circumstances arise that require you to take time off from monthly 1:1 sessions BEFORE you do so. 

Never feel awkward about approaching Fiona to request more time for any reason. If you are experiencing difficulties, she would much rather know so that she can offer support than be left wondering whether you are all right.

Communication is paramount, as is respecting your teacher and the time she has reserved for you. Please do not stop attending your sessions without contacting Fiona and then expect to resume the coaching program as usual.

If you take time away from your 1:1 sessions without notifying Fiona beforehand, the following policies will apply:

• After two consecutive months without communication, the 1:1 sessions missed during those months will be forfeited.

• After three consecutive months without communication, all remaining 1:1 coaching sessions in your program will be forfeited.

If your sessions are forfeited under this policy, you may continue WAY OF THE WITCH as an Independent Study student. You will also remain in contact with Fiona for course support and questions through email correspondence, which is included with that course option.



Option II: Independent Study with Email Support

The Independent Study option includes access to the Way of the Witch curriculum and classroom portal, with email support available from Fiona for course-related questions. This option is designed for students who prefer to work privately, independently, and at their own pace. You are welcome to email Fiona if you need clarification, support, or guidance related to the course material.

You are not required to check in, share your practice, or maintain ongoing correspondence if you prefer to study entirely on your own.

Email support is intended for reasonable course-related questions. It does not include private coaching sessions, intensive mentoring, emergency support, crisis counseling, or unlimited personal consultation.


Classroom Access

Your enrollment includes access to the Way of the Witch classroom portal for as long as Fiona continues to operate The Magickal Path and the course platform remains available. The Magickal Path reserves the right to update, revise, reorganize, or improve course materials, classroom structure, and delivery methods over time.


After Course Completion

Students who complete Way of the Witch are welcome to remain in touch with Fiona. Continued informal contact after course completion is offered at Fiona’s discretion and does not create an obligation for ongoing free coaching, mentoring, teaching, or personal support.


Copyright and Course Materials

All course materials are protected by copyright. No part of this course may be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, uploaded, transmitted, sold, taught, adapted, or used in any form or by any means without written permission from Fiona Duncan / The Magickal Path.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• written lessons
• worksheets
• images
• videos
• audio materials
• classroom content
• assignments
• exercises
• rituals
• practices
• private correspondence
• coaching materials

Your enrollment is for you only. Only the enrolled student may access the lessons, classroom portal, course materials, coaching sessions, and student support. You may not share your login, course materials, downloads, screenshots, links, recordings, or any part of the course with another person, group, platform, website, AI system, or online community. Unauthorized sharing, uploading, reproduction, resale, or distribution of course materials is a violation of copyright and may result in removal from the course without refund and/or legal action. Thank you for honoring and respecting this work.


Educational and Spiritual Disclaimer

Way of the Witch: Witchcraft 101 is offered for educational, spiritual, personal-development, and entertainment purposes. The course, classroom materials, coaching sessions, email support, and any other communication with The Magickal Path are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, romantic, professional, or crisis advice. Nothing in this course is intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical, psychological, emotional, legal, financial, romantic, spiritual, personal, or professional condition or situation. Please seek support from an appropriate licensed professional if you need help in any of these areas.


Results Disclaimer

Witchcraft, energy work, spiritual practice, spellcraft, and personal development are deeply individual. Your experience, progress, and results will depend on many factors, including your effort, consistency, circumstances, readiness, interpretation, personal practice, and choices. The Magickal Path does not guarantee specific results, magickal outcomes, manifestations, spiritual experiences, personal transformations, or life changes. By enrolling, you understand that magickal results cannot be guaranteed and that your results may differ from Fiona’s, other students’, or any examples shared in course materials or communications. The Magickal Path, Fiona Duncan, and any associated staff, contractors, teachers, or service providers are not responsible for spellcasting failures, unexpected outcomes, lack of results, personal decisions, or consequences that may arise from how you interpret or apply the course material.


Personal Responsibility

By enrolling, you agree to use your own judgment and personal responsibility as you study and practice. You are responsible for your own choices, actions, spiritual practice, spellwork, materials, tools, ingredients, health, safety, and results. You agree not to hold The Magickal Path, Fiona Duncan, or any associated staff, contractors, teachers, or service providers liable for damages, losses, injuries, disappointments, outcomes, or consequences related to your use, misuse, interpretation, or application of the course materials, coaching, email support, or any related communication.


No Refunds

All sales are final.

Way of the Witch includes digital course materials, classroom access, and personal support from Fiona. Depending on the option you choose, your enrollment may include email support, private 1:1 teaching time, coaching, guidance, and/or personal correspondence. Because digital materials cannot be returned and personal teaching time, email support, and private guidance cannot be undone once provided, The Magickal Path does not offer refunds after payment has been submitted. Please read the course description, study options, and Terms of Purchase carefully before enrolling. If you are unsure whether the course is right for you, or if you are unsure which option to choose, please email Fiona before purchasing.


Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Payment plans are not subscriptions and may not be canceled simply because you change your mind, stop participating, do not complete the course, or no longer wish to continue. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or removal from the classroom portal, loss of access to course materials, and forfeiture of any remaining support or sessions.


Respectful Conduct

The Magickal Path is a respectful learning environment. Students are expected to communicate with Fiona respectfully and responsibly. Harassment, abusive language, threats, discriminatory behavior, boundary violations, or misuse of access to Fiona’s time, email, phone number, or classroom materials may result in removal from the course without refund.


Agreement

By submitting payment and enrolling in Way of the Witch: Witchcraft 101, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Purchase.
